Debbie Cramer
Director
Prior to co-founding Integrity First Insurance Solutions, Debbie was a Senior Client Manager at several brokerages, ranging from large international broking operations to a smaller, privately-owned brokerage, in a career spanning nearly 20 years.
With the added insight of having been a co-owner of a construction company and an active member of the Sunshine Coast HIA committee for over a decade, Debbie is acutely aware of the risks within this industry.
Aside from the construction focus, Debbie continues to manage the insurance needs of many and varied large and SME businesses.

Katherine La Madrid
Director
Kat commenced her career in the insurance industry in 2010 and during this time held several pivotal roles within large corporate and privately owned brokerages, allowing her to experience different aspects of the insurance broking industry.
Passionate about building trust-based client relationships, Kat takes tremendous care and pride in providing professional insurance advice. Her experience includes working with SME clients as well as corporate and multinational companies.
